A Google search and a phone call and we were fortunate to find the absolute best criminal defense law firm in San Diego! Needed some serious help identifying a squatter. I tried looking for information on this person myself to no success. I was actually recommended to use private investigative services with CHATGPT and telling me that the costs might not be as high as I think. Lol. But it was something I never would've considered because I thought the cost would be astronomical and that I'd be literally paying a person to do a stake out all day long. But that wasn't nearly the case. John has got a lot of resources and was able to find the person squatting in our location with great ease. The cost was very reasonable and within our budget. My goodness, I feel so so much relief because this was a great source of stress in filing court documents properly. Thanks John! Wow, what a relief to know there is help out there. Just make the phone call. For me, I know this will help flip the power struggle situation I'm having in trying to evict this person just a little bit but everything helps!
