Johnny is great, and would highly recommend using him. He is very knowledgeable about this process, and helped me understand what I thought was a confusing process. He was patient, understanding, and took the stress away. Johnny is also very responsive, and gave me updates throughout the process. Definitely 5 stars, and I don't give out 5 stars very often.

Called on a weekday to schedule a consultation, rep said paralegal was out of office and they would get back to me the next day, next day came and no one called me. Had to call again to get through to someone just to get scheduled for a consultation and after getting an appointment booked, no one ever called or reached out to me on my scheduled time for said consultation. Very unprofessional and will not be contacting anyone from this law firm again.

The other party can be elusive, and Johnny still managed to serve the party promptly. He provided all documentation electronically and was a breeze to work with. Johnny did an awesome job! I have been trying to serve someone since January of 2020 but she kept dodging the Sheriffs office (12 times!) This time I decided to go a different route and hire a process server. John responded to my request quickly and offered to work with me for a very reasonable amount. Between 45 min to an hour after we spoke he was at my door picking up the papers and figuring out the best plan of attack. Within an hour and a half after arriving at my house I got the text that she was served with a video of the service and all! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Great job 👏🏻 🤩
