My case in particular was one that is seen often in this area, importation of cocaine through the border crossing. In my case it was a second offense, and I was looking at a 10 year minimum mandatory sentence from the beginning... thankfully Ryan was very helpful throughout the process he helped me navigate through every step on the way, also helped me see my family again by getting me out on bail as quick as possible. I can say that he has my full confidence and trust, and thankfully through his help I was sentenced to only 15 months, which I am sure that without his guidance I would not have received such a fair and just sentence, and that he has played a mayor role in getting me back to my family and friends, much sooner than most with similar circumstances could hope for.

Couldn't of had a better Lawyer, being a young 18 year old i was kinda on my own when it came to finding a lawyer for my mistake, Ryan worked with me, we had meetings, and he never seemed like he just wanted the money or anything. I hired Ryan to help me with a motion for early termination of supervised release, and I am happy to say that we were successful! Throughout the entire process, Ryan kept me in the loop and answered all of my questions, whenever they popped into my head. We had a few bumps along the way(nothing was his fault) but he was able to overcome the obstacles and we proceeded! After he submitted the motion it took a couple weeks for us to hear back and throughout the entire time, Ryan kept on the court for updates and made sure the motion was moving forward. Our 21 year old son who is attending University of San Diego was arrested for DUI.
