Mr. Timothy is very knowledgeable of the laws and will defend you until your case is resolved. He has been the greatest lawyer I have had. If you need a lawyer count on Mr. Timothy. He is honest, great people skills and has the best work ethic. He took care of me from day one and I did not have to look for further assistance.

With Jail time and heavy consequences ahead of me. Tim had all my cases organized and handled them extremely well. I couldnt have asked for a better turn out. No jail! Got my second DUI with a questionable stop. Tim came out to scene multiple times and walk through it. Was always on time and ready to help get me the best deal.... At the conclusion I received NO jail time, NO public work service!!!! Only 18 month program which is mandatory and 12 days with a ankle alcohol detector, which Tim was able to lower from 30 days. I definitely recommend Tim 100% for any DUI needs!!!!!
