I never had to worry about my case throughout the whole process and I was always kept informed. He helped me in two separate accidents cases and won them both. In my second case Richard helped my family win a lawsuit against the City of San Diego where my three daughters(5 months old, 4 & 14 year old), Spouse and myself were hurt in the accident. I was scared and hesitant going up against a San Diego Caltrans worker because of course who wins against the City of San Diego???!! However Richard assured me it would be okay. Richard promptly got my family treatment and took on the case and got it settled. At the end we all came out winning and its all thanks to Mr. Morse and staff.
