He was successful in convincing the prosecutor and judge to dismiss the hit and run charges, reduce my blood alcohol level, and reduced my mandatory DUI school from 6 months to only 3 months. He also convinced the judge to dismiss installing an IID device in my vehicle (Breathalyzer to start your car) and no SCRAM (monitoring anklet). I only received 2 days of public service work and a reduction of fees which was amazing. Mr. Daley saved my life and I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile for me. Mr. Daley helped me with my recent DUI and refusal charge. He offered great advice leading up to the court dat which made a huge different in managing the sanctions. I was charged with a felony assault with a deadly weapon, I was facing to three or four years in prison on a crime that I didn’t commit. Mr. Daley is an exceptional attorney who has great insight and true knowledge of the law. My case was a little dismal, (a very high BAC and refusal of the chemical test), but Mr. Daley was able to get the best outcome of a difficult situation, including NO jail time and reduced probation.
