Very fast and efficient Immigration attorneys, They are very Honest and can get your spouse approved fast as long as you have your documents in order. My friend used them for his Fiancee from Cameroon, West Africa and got approved in under 3 months. My wife's took around 7 months from the Philippines. Highly recommended!

After having and excellent service for the K-1 Visa process, we immediately knew that having Smallcomb was the best choice for the AOS and green card process. My husband Earl ( The Petitioner), myself ( The Spouse beneficiary) and our beautiful baby had a wonderful working experience with Ms. Quaashi Henley of the Law office of Deron Smallcomb, towards the processing of our immigration documents. The process spanned through our prenatal and postnatal periods, but their flawless services refrained us from experiencing anxious moments as our case worker, Ms. Quaashie Henley was indefatigable. Overall, their expertise was over the top and their delivery was prompt enough to facilitate our journey to the USA before the international covid 19 pandemic restrictions on flights. My experience with the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb is excellent. From the day that Virgil, my husband petitioner, contacted the Office for bringing me , Silvia , the spouse beneficiary , to him ; we always found the best professionalism, qualiity, and replies quickly . We went through a Visa K1 Fiance' , we got married, and now waiting for my adjustment of status .I also found , in the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb, a very special, precious quality that makes the diffrence about a Law Office, and makes the client trust the lawyer : that is the care about the human sensitivity of the client . I chose them because they specialize in K-1 visas for Filipino immigrants and they have staff that speak Tagalog. My wife and I are highly appreciative for all the work my case workers did to guide us and help us prepare the necessary forms for my wife's visa. It's a scary process but when you have professionals helping you along the way it does make a world of difference. I can't imagine using any other company when it comes to immigration forms. Easy Fiance was an excellent choice for us, and I highly recommend them for your legal assistance with visas.

I won’t recommend this office to anyone with immigration case. First of all I would say unprofessional, lack of communication rude specially Anastasia regarding Mr Deron don’t trust to his words after you sign contract with them they only care to take your money. From my experience he missed my brothers hearing wich is end up ICE deportated my brother Basically I payed for them to deport my brother. Before you sing contract make sure you and your loved ones in right hands .

I called them for a consultation to bring my Filipino partner here. The first guy was nice but then they transfered me to Perry who was apparently the Filipino specialist. I found him to be impatient and rude. I think if these people want to charge nearly a 1000 dollars I'm entitled to ask a lot of questions about the process and what happens if in the possibility my partner is just using me for a green card and what legal remedies I might have in that situation. What was worse is when I told Perry I found him to be rude he didn't apologise or anything he simply replied 'okay'. If these people want to charge top dollar they need to provide a higher level of customer service than that.
