Highly recommend Modern Law Group! We are grateful for their expert guidance in successfully navigating the K1/K2 visa process. The situation was unusually challenging because the beneficiaries are in Russia, where interviews are not currently being conducted. I did initial consultations with this group as well as a couple other immigration law practices, and Deron Smallcomb stood out from the other immigration attorneys in how directly and expertly he answered questions particular to our situation, including about what options we had for interviews (given that it can't be done in Russia) and what additional documentation is needed to get a K2 approved. My mother-in-law is a refugee from a war in Ukraine. We helped her to get to the Canada, but we are based in US and she did not have a US visa. Since this case was not typical (most people cross in Mexico) and we also did not wanted to take any chances or to make my mother-in-law in her age to wait on the border, we hired this company to help us with all the documentation required.
