У нас был сложный кейс. В 2020 году умерла моя жена. Я решил жениться на её сестре которая была вдовой. Подали прошение I-129, дождались интервью в Польше 11 Апреля 2021 года и как ни странно получили отказ.Причина: консул заподозрил Fraud relationship. Почему не знаем. У нас всё чисто без обмана. Возможно потому, что сестра жены и не поверили. Мы там же в Польше поженились онлайн через Юту и поскольку началась война и жена была участницей митингов и была разыскиваемая полицией решили не возвращаться в Россию, а идти через Мексику и просить политического убежища. Находясь в Мексике сам Дерон вышел на видеосвязь и дал подробную инструкцию для перехода. Благодаря этому процесс перехода прошёл гладко. Весь дальнейший процесс мы доверили этой прекрасной команде.
