This is a real review, not fake or made by friends of the firm. I'm changing this review because Mr. Smallcomb reached out to me shortly after my earlier review to understand what had happened and apologized about yesterday's mishap. He was respectful, very comprehensive about my case, and gave me hope. Something I haven't had in over 10 years living in this country. Also, I would like to add I have been reimbursed for yesterday's appointment. I just want to say thank you, I trully appreciate your time and effort you put today on me. When I make a decision, I would like you to represent me. May many blessings come your way and the people that surround you. I made an appointment for July 4th, since it was my only day available during the week to speak to an attorney. The booking website had slots available for that day so it was perfect for me. When the time came for my call, it was sent straight to vm. I called a few times to the number provided via confirmation email, as well as the firm's number and left them vm. I understand 4th of July is a federal holiday, and that maybe there's a glitch on your system for allowing people to book and charge them on dates you are not available. I understand that. The reason for this review is for the poor customer service provided by the asistants who answer the phone. I called again today, July 5th, to follow up with that issue since up until now no one had contacted me. When I spoke with the lady she was awful rude, told me I did not needed to explain myself that I would be getting reimbursed. I know I am getting reimbursed, that is beside the point. She answered as if my call was an inconvenience to the firm. That is not a way to treat prospect clients, proper customer service doesn't cost anything. Please try to fix that and your booking system, so you don't loose clients in the future. God bless.
