After two immigration lawyers completely closed the door on me without investigating further into my case, I was lucky one of my friends referred me to contact Mr. Bejar. From day one, Mr. Bejar earned my trust; he is extremely honest and truly cares about his clients. He handled my case, as well as my grandma's with a high degree of professionalism and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Also, his stuff is friendly and polite and constantly keep you updated on the status of your case. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received from this attorney and would highly recommend anyone to go see him, you will not be disappointed.

Lic. Bejar, took my case 1 hour before my appointment start, I was very scare and he was willing to help me and to solve my inmigration issue. I hired this lawyer trusting the comments of a family member. It took more than 2 years to put my whole case together (because Bejar doesn't work on the cases personally). They delayed my case for such a long period of time, and fail to successfully put a waiver together, which caused more delay for my case. Every time I had a question or concern about my case they would rudely answer my questions. The attorneys here weren't helpful and did a poor job keeping me informed. I was forced to take my case to a different lawyer due to the poor way they treat their clients. With the bad experience I had I certainly can't recommend this lawyer. The cost of this lawyer is pricey and communication and treatment to their clients is very poor.

I contacted this law office after a relative recommended it. I have no regrets. The entire process was professional, prompt, thorough and WELL WORTH THE MONEY. All of the 'i's were dotted and all of the 't's were crossed. Our entire case was extremely well put together and no details were overlooked. If you need a lawyer and you need one who will advocate for you no matter what, these are the people you need to get ahold of. My husband had to leave the country because of a family emergency and we knew he wouldn't be able to get back. That's when we started the process. I had him back in my arms after two long years, the process however only took one year (we had to get money together first). I was able to work with them completely via email, mail and phone since we live in Ohio and they're located in California. I would use them again if necessary.

The title says it all. I would not recommend anybody else for this matters. Honest attorney, tells it like it is. Will not waste my time or his time with lies or inefficiencies. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Bejar and his job performance in my case.

I don't understand the other review and don't care for it. My experience with Mr. Bejar is above my expectation. Without going into detail about my case/ Mr. Bejar helped me stay in America. At times, he is brutally honest, That is what you want in a legal counsel. I had 3 lawyers before him and one was a retired judge. None meet my expectations and always try to "sugar coat" the law,hearings,advice, etc. Mr. Bejar is expensive but you pay for what you get. If you want a counsel that just shows up and don't know what he/she doing go else where!!! If you want a season attorney on your side that knows every facet of immigration law. CALL HIM!!!!!
