After struggling to get an initial consult without being charged hundreds of dollars, I finally got proper attention to focus on my problem. However, once into the meeting, the head of the firm constantly answered his phone and left the room, which was unprofessional and rude. He then brought in an inexperienced attorney that came wrong advice on multiple legal issues. I ended up losing faith in their ability to take care things, so I am taking my business elsewhere after all this wasted time. I expected more professionalism and competence from this firm.

Niki is an AMAZING lawyer! She is knowledgeable, dedicated, and super professional. When you're looking for a good lawyer, there are so many people who give you crazy retainers, prices, no explanations, and loose you. However, Ms. Tran is that GREAT lawyer who fights for you, councils you on your rights, and helps you make the correct decision. She saved me and my life. She is sooo reasonable with pricing, so dedicated to discussing your concerns through whatever platform you feel comfortable with, and she doesn't have crazy timelines that other lawyers use.

From the moment I spoke with Niki, I knew she was the right attorney for me. She is intelligent, very knowledgeable in her field and most importantly was able to relay the complex legal jargon in an easy to understand way. Niki was very approachable, friendly and welcomed my many questions. She guided me through the process and gave detailed written instructions to follow to complete the document. It took 18 months to have an unlawful detainer executed. Previously I had an entire family evicted myself / not an attorney in half the time. Then I am in civil litigation a Marvin action for 2 years and there and after 2 years there is still no outcome but of course more excessive bills to pay
