I fix & flip property's. They helped me draw up seller disclosures. I'm so happy I made the call and paid for this service. I will not sell a property without making sure I contact this firm first to review my disclosures. I know its not 100% protection against a lawsuit but I can sure tell you I'm sleeping very well at night knowing I did the best to disclose and protect our business and also the buyers.

I contacted Hoffman & Forde to discuss a potential failure to disclose by seller (real estate) claim. I received a call and spoke to Jennifer Rodriguez (Client Relationship Manager) on June 2nd, 2022, and gave her a rundown of the claim and sent her all documents pertaining to the claim the same day. I received no response/confirmation that the documents had been received or that someone would be in touch with me in the next coming days. After a week I emailed and asked if the documents had been received and if I would be speaking to one of the lawyers. She said she was waiting to hear back from the lawyers. After two weeks I asked for a status update and she said that the firm had migrated emails and that she would get back to me as soon as she heard back from the lawyers. Apparently, they are still "migrating" because as of this post date (7/20/2022) I have yet to hear back. Would not utilize them or recommend them to anyone.

Kristine is an amazing lawyer! She knows the military law like the back of her hand. She is very professional and always looked out for the best interest of me and my kids. She always explained everything in great detail and never left any question unanswered. I would definitely hire her again.

I was very impressed with Kristine. I needed a QDRO document prepared and filed within a short timeline. Not only did she complete and file the QDRO on time, she also kept me apprised along the way. She quickly responded to my questions, and her fee was very reasonable. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend her.

After getting skewered royally in a divorce in California by my willfully unemployed ex husband, I decided that I needed a prenuptial agreement for my upcoming remarriage. Niki Tran drafted my prenuptial agreement. During the entire process, she was prompt with communication and very clear in what she needed from me to draft the document. Seriously though, she was in labor at the hospital with her 3rd child and she was still emailing me updated documents and following through with my fiancé’s attorney (I can’t make this stuff up). I highly recommend Niki because she has attention to detail and her client’s best interests in mind. She goes above and beyond!
