Nicole and Kimberly have helped me through the tough time dealing with BVNPT. Receiving a letter of accusation on my nursing license from BVNPT was not something that I could handle by myself. It s extremely stressful situation for me but after having conversations with Nicole, I trusted her 100% with my case. Having Nicole and Kimberly on my side, it s a win win situation. They helped me every step and explained everything clearly. Getting my first DUI is one of the worst experience I have ever went through in my life. Being a health care professional, I had to hire both a criminal lawyer to handle my case with the state and a licensing lawyer with the board. I had such a bad experience with my criminal lawyer and was traumatized by the bad communication, how poorly I was treated and how my case was handled by him. I came to Nicole with anxiety, little hope and was skeptical of all lawyers (this was my first experience obtaining any lawyer). When I came to her, I had a million questions which she helped answered and walked me through the process. The experience I had with her and my criminal lawyer was night and day. I told her I didn’t want to go on probation and although she didn’t make promises, she gave me a checklist of what she needed from me to put together my mitigation package and said if the board decides to put you on probation, this is what we can do and explained to me the process of how we can fight it. Both Kimberly and Nicole were professional and respond to emails in a timely manner. They also handle everything in terms of sending paperwork to your malpractice insurance to get a reimbursement check. I was able to get back what I paid including the cost to obtain her, the quite expensive forensic evaluation, and cost of getting certified paperwork from the court. I hope to never have to need a lawyer to protect my livelihood again but if I do, I will go to Nicole and Kimberly. I was able to get a citation from the board for my first offense DUI. FYI citations are not posted under the dental hygiene board yet since it’s a new board but may in the future. Nicole said when the time comes and they do post it, we will figure it out then.

Ms. Irmer’s law office was incredibly helpful in dealing with a state licensing issue. Her office was patient and very thorough in explaining processes and procedures. I was able to easily reach her or one of her associates whenever I had a question or concern, and the office responded promptly. Ms. Irmer was diligent in getting the answers I needed, and I feel I got the best outcome for the circumstances at hand. I would certainly utilize her office again if I were confronted with a similar issue.

Nicole (and Kimberly) are a dynamic duo who represented me with success. Nicole was on target with my specific case, knowledgeable, firm, and great advice. In addition, Nicole was personable, easy to talk with, prepped me up for my case with different scenarios, and listens. Nicole was very prompt with my calls and anxious calls, she made me feel comfortable and mentally stable! Kimberly was also very prompt and responsive on my emails and phone calls who works behind the scene.

I phoned Chris’s office with questions about custody and how to proceed with me being in the Military. Chris and his team answered all of my questions over the phone and gave me really sound legal advice. Never did he try to reel me in as a client. He was very straightforward and honest wirh my case and provided me with options on how I could move foward and if i should even go foward at this time or wait it out. I appreciated his transparency and will hire him when I return from my leave.

Ms Irmer helped me in a very professional and timely manner to assist me through a process I was very unfamiliar with. Her professionalism, preparedness and timely responses gave me peace of mind regarding my matter and therefore eased my anxiety allowing me to think more clearly as my matter progressed.
