Niki Tran is THE BEST! attorney that I have ever met, period. She took my dui case and did all possible to help me. She was always on top of things and always keep me informed re the next step along the way. Niki Tran is one of the best criminal attorneys in San Diego. She is very reliable and always quickly respond to your calls and emails. She listens to your problems, give you many options and suggestions, and advises how to go from there. I was in a bad spot, and she was able to help me get out of a sticky situation efficiently. Was looking for DUI Expungement and chose Niki purely based on her yelp reviews because I didn't know where else to go. Not only was she professional and quick to reply to my questions and/or concerns, but most importantly she got my Expungement granted! Hope I don't need a lawyer in the future but will definitely use her again if needed.

Let me say this right up front. If you have are facing a dui charge and are looking for a lawyer, you found her. Trust the reviews. I was in the same boat. I had never hired a lawyer before, and was reading the avvo and Yelp reviews for a help. Niki is exactly what the reviews say she is. A top notch lawyer that will ensure you or your loved one will get the best outcome you can get.. My daughter was involved in a multi car accident, and was arrested and charged with felony drunk driving. Niki was able to use the available evidence to get the 2 felony charges reduced to a single misdemeanor. she really knows the law, the system, and understands what is and is and not likely to happen. She returns calls promptly, and is very patient with detailed questions. If you are reading this far, you need a lawyer, and you should hire Niki.

Niki is awesome she is professional nice honest and very helpfull she helped me with my 2nd DUI she made it into a wet and reckless !!!!she was honest with me when I asked her to go fight the dmv hearing for me she told me that it would be very hard and that she was not going to take my money knowing that she was not going to be successful in winning against the dmv. (which is true very low chances of winning i had all the odds against me) I tried MR DUI first just to get a quote he kept yapping about how good he was and all his cases his wife talks a lot he was going to charge me $3000 to go fight the dmv hearing and it was a 50% that he would win. Plus another $3000 to fight court. I am grate full that I kept looking around and found Niki very nice smart and she helped me out a lot I recommend her to anyone looking to fight a DUI case!!!!!!!!

Couple of months ago I was in need of some legal advice due to a past mistake of mine. I had never worked with an attorney before but started to research for one by looking on the internet. After reading some great reviews on Niki from YELP, I decided to give her a call. I never met Niki in person, all of our correspondences were over the phone. From the initial phone call, Niki has always been professional. She is also very prompt with responding to your needs. Each time I reached out for any questions that I had she would respond in a matter of minutes. She was also very patient and always explained things in simple terms where it was easy for me to understand instead of using a bunch of legal jargon. At the end, Niki was able to help me expunge an old record of mine in a matter of less than a month. I don't have enough good things to say about Niki. I would truly recommend anyone who needs a lawyer or just have some legal questions to reach out to her. Amazing criminal defense lawyer. Niki's knowledge of the law far surpasses anyother defense lawyer. I hope I am never in the situation I was in again, if so i would definitely go back to her.

I got a DUI in December of 2014 and I was very stressed and unsure what to do. I saw Niki for a consultation and she really helped me and I felt a little bit better after the first time I saw her. She helped me get my DUI dropped from 3 counts to one and she also helped me get out of county authorization for my classes. My classes are being finished today and she has been done being my lawyer for a while but she is still helping me solve more issues involving my DUI for no extra cost. Also she can help set up a payment plan for the initial costs. Also she is just nice and overall helpful and won't fail to call you back or anything like that. I reccommend this lawyer to anyone who got a DUI

I can only give Niki the highest possible rating for her efforts on my DWI case. It began when she called me after hours to discuss the events regarding my arrest and time in jail. She answered all my questions in full and without any hesitation. It was obvious to me that she was extremely competent in DWI law. The next day I retained her and her associate, Scott Schlegal, to represent me. They told me how the process would work in detail and what information they needed from me. After much negotiation, Niki informed me that "your case was rejected by the City Attorney's Office, thus there are no filing or charges against you." There is no doubt in my mind that a lessor attorney would not have had this result. I would unconditionally recommend Niki Tran to anyone needing legal representation.
