I was told about the class action suit by a friend. I wasn't expecting much in the way of a response but to my surprise, the Schmidt National Law Group contacted me immediately and I spoke with Steve Novak on the phone. I unfortunately have spoken with several attorneys and judges in my life and get sick of the whole "I'm smarter than you...or I'm better than you because I went to Law School and blah blah blah." Mr. Novak was not that way at all and seemed to truly care about the position he was taking. He informed me of what was going to happen and I'm excited to see how this situation works out.

Felt very comfortable with whom I first talked to, as they were informative about the whole case as much as they could be at the time. I know they’re people who take advantage of Veterans, and that’s something I did not feel when talking to the representative.
