If you are looking for the worst law office and and having a potential of losing Money contact the Hoffman &ford Attorney at law office in San Diego !!! I signed a contract with this law office to help me to disputed property line and stop the removal of trees by neighbors in disputed area I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of representation in this Matter in timely manner The result was losing 12 old tree worthed $ 40000 at my property line They still charged me for the work that they never done !!! they did not refund my $2000 retainer for the case that they forgotten about it . So heart broken I lost money to them and my trees cut down to ground in front of my eyes when I was waiting for their action and they completely Forgotten about it .the case !!

I responded to an ad for help with illness from containment water. I had great service from Steve a lawyer at the firm. He filled out the forms and all I had to do was sign. I was put in touch with a law firm associated with Schmidt law, in New York. Thank you Steve from Schmidt Law.

I cannot express how grateful we are that Stefan was our attorney during a complicated and difficult eviction! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he gets results. He knew exactly what to do every step of the way and he always made us feel reassured. He is tough when it's required, but still compassionate towards his clients. I search for an attorney at law and these people sprang up, "Free Consultation" well when someone asks me for an answer that I am skilled at say 'chewing and blowing bubble gum' I am not going to respond with "I can't offer you legal advice" I wanted to hang up in her face. Reel me in, dangle a carrot or a donut in my case, but sell your self to offer your services. Be the lawyer that I need to pay $2,000 retainer at $350 an hour. Please explain to me how your services will help me out in the long run.

I left a voicemail for Tom late Sunday evening and received a phone call first thing the next morning. Tom was very quick to reply to any questions I had, and if he was caught up in a meeting, he was sure to return my call promptly. Tom provided sound and logical advice, during a very stressful and uncertain time. At times I asked him to be more aggressive and was often met with the pros and cons of that decision, allowing me to understand the approach and thought process behind his strategy. Ultimately he provided options for several paths for us to take, worked swiftly, and got us where we needed to be. He reached out several times to check on my sanity and make sure I was good. As someone with very high expectations, I would highly recommend his services. He provided expertise that proved to be successful, and also took the time to make sure I was emotionally solid. Tom assisted with me with a 50% / 50% ownership conflict.

I fix & flip property's. They helped me draw up seller disclosures. I'm so happy I made the call and paid for this service. I will not sell a property without making sure I contact this firm first to review my disclosures. I know its not 100% protection against a lawsuit but I can sure tell you I'm sleeping very well at night knowing I did the best to disclose and protect our business and also the buyers.

I contacted Hoffman & Forde to discuss a potential failure to disclose by seller (real estate) claim. I received a call and spoke to Jennifer Rodriguez (Client Relationship Manager) on June 2nd, 2022, and gave her a rundown of the claim and sent her all documents pertaining to the claim the same day. I received no response/confirmation that the documents had been received or that someone would be in touch with me in the next coming days. After a week I emailed and asked if the documents had been received and if I would be speaking to one of the lawyers. She said she was waiting to hear back from the lawyers. After two weeks I asked for a status update and she said that the firm had migrated emails and that she would get back to me as soon as she heard back from the lawyers. Apparently, they are still "migrating" because as of this post date (7/20/2022) I have yet to hear back. Would not utilize them or recommend them to anyone.
