Just started speaking with this firm so I find it difficult to provide an accurate review at this time.

I truly procrastinated with contacting them in return and they did a great job of handling my case. Note: one person was a bit snarkey with me but as he dutifully pointed out it was my own fault for waiting. I would recommend this group to anyone that needs a case worked on their behalf.

The Schmidt National Law Group was efficient, quick, and thourough. Moreover, the gentleman who processed my information was pleasant and fun to talk with during the process of locking in my claim with them. They did not call "out of the blue". In other words, the representative fully disclosed who they were and why they were calling. More strikingly, the agent was able to answer questions that I had,and, most importantly, the agent answered questions before I asked them and questions that would have occurred to me long after the telephone call ended. Yes, I am elated when I engage in business with companies that are comfortable and pleasant talking through the telephone to me, and I am over joyed when they demonstrate seriousness and truthfulness and specifics while I was talking with a serious yet happy agent. These type telephone calls are very few in number whether you are talking to an insurance agent, to an internet provider, and to a relative.
