Great expedient service

For the first time in 25 of years of renting out a property, we had to start the eviction process. Someone referred us to Daniel Marshall. His team got right on it and it was faster than we thought. I also liked the fixed pricing per phase. We definitely got the results we needed.

I was really concerned with this citation and found Mr. Marshall to be very comforting with his knowledge and professionalism. Everything he told me and instructed me to do worked in my favor. I was referred to Daniel Marshall by Michael Smith at San Diego Evictions (who you should 100% contact for preliminary eviction documentation/court filings). Daniel was efficient and quick in getting the squatter on my rental property out. It was comforting to hear from Daniel that the court filing that the squatter submitted had no legs to stand on. It was such a relief for the entire neighborhood to get this guy out of there.

Wow, Attorney Marshall will be our attorney for life. He is excellent and his supporting cast is phenomenal as well. From the beginning, we had the constant support when we needed it. All we had to do was email his office manager Michelle with any questions regarding our case and our questions would be answered very quickly by the team. At our first meeting Attorney Marshall told me how I should handle my case and how long I could expect the case to take before resolution. He ended up working out a settlement with my tenant which eventually resulted in me getting possession of my property back and my tenant out . I will hire this law firm again in the future for any landlord tenant issues and I recommend them highly.

We were at a loss when we finally realized that we had to start the eviction process to get squatters out of our 97 year old mother's home in order to sell it to pay for her care. We were referred to Daniel Marshall by our trust attorney and we are very happy we called them. They immediately got the paperwork started, communicated with us through emails, and sent us step by step details on how the eviction process would proceed. Michelle was particularly helpful, taking time to answer all our questions and concerns. The whole thing started in July 2022 and we were told that it would take longer than normal because of the backup of evictions due to COVID. The eviction finally happened on 1/11/23. We appreciated that Michelle helped us manage our expectations and assured us that it would, indeed happen. We want to thank Michelle, especially, for taking care of every detail. We never could have done this without them, and it was more than worth the cost to get the peace of mind.
