Ms. Allenby provided special care by coming to our home and sitting down with us. She was quick and efficient and answered all our questions. She reviewed all our documents, updated them where needed and put everything in complete order. Bob and I are totally satisfied with her work.

What surprised me was how straightforward and relatively simple she made the entire process. The hardest part is to decide what you want to do with your things. She helps mightily with that by having you fill out a questionnaire that gets you down the road before you know it. She had wonderful suggestions and clarified things for me. She is a down-to-earth gal who really knows her stuff. You receive your completed forms in a well-organized notebook and if you have changes within the year after she completes your work, she will make them at no charge. I'm so grateful to Mahogany and the great feeling about having everything organized was priceless! She made the process painless and her fees were so reasonable.

Do Not Use. Gives bad information. Incorrect calculations. This firms value of our assets were higher than the value opinion of court appointed appraiser. So the court used this firms value instead. They never informed us of our hearing date with the judge so the court determined that there was no opposition from our side was filed. So the high fees were granted uncontested. Process took nearly a year to complete.

I sought help from Mr. John Varley (Law Office) during one of the most difficult time in my life, brought about by an accident and disability. I had an excellent experience with John and his office. I found him very experienced and competent in Bankruptcy Law and in negotiating with Credit Card companies. In addition, as a BONUS I thought he was very knowledgeable in Tax laws in order to protect my other belongings, like retirement, home, etc. I definitely would recommend him to my friends and family. He saved me almost 10 TIMES what cost me for his legal Service. My saving came from reducing my credit card bills. Actually my savings would have been by far more if I had taken his advice and allowed him to file for Bankruptcy for me! But for personal reasons I did not want to file for BK. If you reading my review/post, there is a good chance you are going through a rough time. I relate to it because I went through it. There are help out there. I was very fortunate to have had the help from my Attorney John Varley! He saved me a lots of money by negotiating with CC companies! After our first meeting, I no longer had to deal with CC companies! That freed me up going forward and allowed me focus on other critical issues in my life. I am grateful to John and I appreciate all he did for me. Thank You John.

John & Lonnie are both so very helpful in explaining process, helping me feel at ease during what can be very scary process. Very professional, patient, thoughtful. I highly recommend them to anyone having to file a bankruptcy.
