I reached out to this lawyer concerning my wrongful termination of employment and he said that he couldn’t help me. My question is why? I gave a good case and the manager where I was employed withheld my final check and demanded I sign several post dated write ups. In my humble opinion that is not legal at all. What am I supposed to do, take this company on all by myself? No I prefer to be represented by a lawyer rather than do it alone. Unfortunately it is so hard to get a lawyer to take cases now a days it’s ridiculous. There has to be a easier way to get represented.
