Andrew is the real deal!
When at all possible he has communicated directly with me both by email and on the phone. If he can't, he gets someone else to contact me ASAP!
He has held my hand for almost two years, never once have I felt like I was not a real person to him. He has thousands of clients I'm sure and yet he makes me feel like I am the only one!

Very thorough and professional. I feel very secure and safe with the firm attorneys, If a client is going through a rough time with the litigation process the attorneys will reach out to you and discuss whatever you want to talk .I feel comfortable talking about a painful experience with my attorneys because the attorneys truly made me feel like I could say anything about my traumatic experience and be confident that our discussions were kept securely between us and did not have to worry about my private trauma. For a youngin Andrew is very tolerant of my over ruling elderly guidance. I find it generous tolerance. But he has enough other trouble maker law firms to balance his easy going calmness. He hides his professional authority with deafness. I guess we'll know the truth when the large settlement check clears my bank. Till then we bear one another with Godly tolerance nes pas with measured love.
