Mark and his team are exceptionally outstanding. I called Mark on the weekend and he spent over an hour walking me through the entire process for my case. Mark deniz is the worst I mean worst dui attorney in SD county. I implore you please do not listen to these fictitious reviews & steer clear of this Charlatan. This man doesn’t care about you, it’s obvious from the get go, he doesn’t do much of anything for you, he makes one court appearance on your behalf & convinces you to take a plea deal you could easily obtain with a public defender. He’s not going to get your case dismissed and he’s not going to help you get a better deal comparative to any other attorney or a PD. I wish somebody would have informed me of this as opposed to being a young naive 20 yr old not knowing any better it would’ve saved me the 5k I shelled out to him. If it’s your first time getting a DUI take my advice: relax, remain calm, go with a PD, pay your debt to society, learn from your mistake and move on with your life.

This guy literally did NOTHING for me WHATSOEVER. STAY AWAY. People may think that he did them good, but his tactic is to bulsh*t you by telling you that the consequences are much more severe than they truly are, and then convincing you to settle with what you "think" is a great deal (until you actually look into it yourself vs. taking this liars word and then realize that in reality, he literally did NOTHING but submit and file some paperwork and maybe make 1 court appearance). Your end result will be the same as representing yourself or no representation at all, and that's a fact. At least for me, and I guarantee for many others as well. I would love to hear ONE case of him actually getting a case dismissed or a reduced punishment. All reviews I am reading are simply that he "communicates" and "saved them time" etc... not one example of a reduced sentence, but simply "representation"....think to yourself if that's what a GOOD lawyer does. Mark is no better than a free public defender!!! I regret giving this guy ONE PENNY and made the biggest mistake by choosing him to represent me. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! AND ANY RESPONSE TO THIS FROM THIS GUY STATING OTHERWISE IS JUST MORE LIES!
