Ray Padilla is absolutely amazing. I was feeling overwhelmed before I spoke to him and his firm - from the start Ray walked me through everything step-by-step and was available whenever I had questions. His firm took care of everything I needed quickly and seamlessly, and made me feel very taken care of from start to finish. My hope is that I will not need him again, however, if I find myself in another accident I will absolutely not hesitate to get him involved. 10 out of 10!

Ray Padilla will change your mind about all the negative stereotypes that you've heard about auto accident attorneys- he's responsive, professional, empathetic and knows his stuff! He took my initial call himself and always answered my questions and texts promptly. Ray dealt with my auto insurance (with a great outcome) the driver who hit me and his insurance and the doctors. He walked me through everything and talked me into not giving up. (Nothing is easy, especially when dealing with insurance companies.)I received great medical care, my car was fixed and I got a very nice settlement. From here on out, I will be calling Ray for any legal advice. Ray Padilla impressed me so much that I would recommend him to anyone who sets high standards for their attorney.

Ray was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of my case. I was rear-ended pretty badly and had no idea what I was covered for, or how to go about making sure all my needs were addressed. I called Ray for advice and not only did he help me understand the process, he walked me through every step of the way and called periodically to check in on me to make sure I was okay. I hired Samuel to help resolve an overcharge issue I had with a moving company. He was extremely helpful, first writing a letter to formally document the dispute and request reimbursement, and then helping me to file the case with small claims court. He also helped with finding me a process server, and then provided a detailed summary packet showing the Brief Summary/Outline to concisely speak to the details of the case, as well as descriptions of the Exhibits that I submitted. Being well prepared, I won the small claims case and am very thankful for Samuel's help & guidance through this process. I no longer live in San Diego county, and attended court remotely through video (Covid...), so Samuel's preparation was especially appreciated. I received much more than I expected for his services, and the price was more than reasonable. Definitely recommend.
