Gerardo Del Campo and Tabatha fell like a miracle from the sky! Dascanio Law was highly recommended to me by a friend who has vast experience navigating the WC system. After almost a year and a half since opening my claim and no progress, I was desperate. My previous representation was lacking and disinterested... I was all but ready to give up and close my case altogether when I decided to give Dascanio Law a shot. I'm so glad I made the call. Tabatha was motivated and knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions and made me feel understood. Within a couple of days, I was scheduled to meet with the attorney, Gerardo Del Campo, who generously took on my case despite it not being his typical caseload. Gerardo was assertive, confident, and obviously very experienced. Throughout the length of our interactions, Gerardo was professional and communicative. He took the time to explain even the most obvious details, every step of the way. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or like just another paycheck. Within a month of taking over my case, Gerardo was able to get us a bounteous settlement; which was a lot more than I was expecting. I am beyond happy with my experience and so ready to move on from all of this. My only regret is not contacting Dascanio Law sooner. If you are thinking about retaining Dascanio Law just do it!
