I would recommend Scott in an instant. He is extremely competent, intelligent, creative, and a pleasure to work with. I think a good attorney is one you are pleased with and have no complaints about. A great attorney is one that you don't ever want to have working against you. Scott is the latter. You are fortunate to have found him.

I had a very complex high asset divorce involving custody and a self-employed spouse who owned numerous global companies in foreign countries. Scott Finkbeiner did an incredible job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the law, understood and was able to explain the very complex financial and accounting issues in the case to me, and did an excellent job representing me in court and mediation. Scott was extremely honest with me about the expectations in the case, was reasonable and fair, and was conscientious about the well-being of myself, my kids, and my future relationship with my ex-spouse. I highly recommend him and Wilkinson & Finkbeiner if you have a complex high asset divorce case.
