Mark represented both of my parents a few years ago, and got a great result for them. He is also bilingual in Spanish, which was a nice added touch as both my parents are Spanish speakers. I whole-heartedly recommend him for anyone needing a hard-working and caring injury lawyer in San Diego.

I was the victim of a really frightening hit-and-run accident that totaled my car and caused me whiplash injuries. I was in a lot of pain for over 2 months and had severe psychological distress from the incident. I was referred to Mark Blane by an excellent chiropractor who was helping me recover from my injuries. I know absolutely nothing about personal injury cases or how insurance claims worked. In fact, I was not even aware in cases of car accidents, 2 separate claims can be made by the victim, one for property damage and one for personal injuries. Mark Blane was very professional and seems to be very knowledgeable in his field. He answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and made me understand every part of the claims process. I felt comfortable clarifying and asking questions about any and all aspects of the case, no matter how trivial. Mark guided me through every step of the claims process and I was very surprised we managed to get the insurance company of the at fault party to pay a generous settlement for personal injury. My injuries were temporary and didnt involve any easily identifiable physical traumas or permanent disabiliies, and instead involved more subjective less "provable" experiences of pain due to soft tissue damage as well as the psychological side effects of the incident. Nevertheless Mark managed to secure a generous settlement payout from the at-fault party's insurance carrier that was close to the maximum a jury wouldve awarded had the case gone to trial (which is on top of the property damage portion that completely covered the total loss of my car). I was able to pay off my medical care and receive additional generous compensation for pain and suffering. He also has website that is packed with very useful information about different types of personal injuries, general information about what to do and in what order when you're the victim of a car accident, how to read police reports, etc etc. He also has a blog with youtube videos and has written numerous books. He seemed VERY thorough. He also responded in a very timely manner to all of my communications to him, usually within a couple of hours. I am extremely satisfied with the result and will certainly refer anyone who needs a personal injury lawyer or any sort of general legal advice to Mark. He was instrumental in helping me turn the page on this traumatic incident and in helping me to maximize my financial compensation. I have absolutely zero complaints.

So interesting story.... Several years ago my youngest brother who was a minor, got hit by a irresponsible driver right in front of our home as he was crossing the street. Mr. Blane was recommended to my mother from a friend of hers, and he was very professional and prompt with the situation. My brother's case had a great outcome, better than what was expected. Fast forward nearly 7 years, and my husband was in a bad accident caused by a drunk driver. My husband's back really got injured...he had to use a brace and seek treatment right away. We didn't know what to do, or who to call. Fortunately, we were suggested to seek Mr. Blane for advice as he specializes in cases like this. I went on his website a few days after the accident, and filled out a questionnaire asking for a call back. This was on a weekend night, so I actually didn't think I'd hear back until Monday and just about 1 hour later Mr. Blane personally called me. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and explaining what happens in cases like my husband's. I liked that he sounded sincere in wanting to help us, and was not at all pushy for us to sign. We decided to go with him, and He got him set up with treatment immediately, and even had it set for us to not pay anything until the case was settled. Which honestly, we were very grateful for because there's just no way we could've been able to afford all the treatment my husband needed. My husband's treatment took nearly 9 month's , and during the entire process Mr. Blane kept us updated, informed and answered any and all questions we had. My husband's case had a great outcome, we are very pleased with the end result. I would also like to add that Mr. Blane arranged for my husband's treatment with amazing doctor's so I can say he really cares for his client's and makes sure they get the best treatments/therapy's. Another great thing I can say about Mr. Blane is that you can even call or text him on his personal number and he will always answer or call back shortly after! Most attorneys have you call their office or leave a message, which isn't always helpful when you really need to speak to them. So we really appreciated the prompt and great communication Mr. Blane provided. I HIGHLY recommend you allow him to handle your case, as it will make whatever injury situation you are in, flow a lot smoother and that way you can focus more on recovering. He will definitely fight for you and help you obtain the best settlement possible! Mark is the man! Best attorney I’ve ever worked with. Super fast, super good settlement, and very open and honest. He’s also inventive. He was able to take a situation where my insurance company was balking on payment and use it to our advantage in negotiations. (...Made lemonade out of the lemons.) Mark was a pleasure to work with. Everything went very smoothly. Anytime I had questions about how the legal system worked or questions regarding my case he always responded within 24 hours. Because of my other commitments & injuries, I wasn’t able to meet with him at the office very much so he made sure that I didn’t have to at all. We were able to effectively handle everything by meeting from my home & communicating through phone calls, emails & text messages. Mark is an amazing attorney! I got into a major car accident while very pregnant. A few days after the crash I had the other party’s insurance company bothering me to settle the claim only a day after I was released from the hospital. I contacted Mark to see if he could help me and immediately he assured me that he would be able to and asked about my health and the health of my unborn baby.
