Embry Family Law jumped in when my regular attorney was not available (due to a conflict in schedule), and handled my Ex Parte matter perfectly. I used Embry Family Law for a child custody/support case... couldn't have asked for a better team to handle my legal issues! Ben and Nicholas worked on my case over a year due to the pandemic shutting down the court system. Regardless of what was happening, they continued to push forward till they were able to resolve my case. I will continue to use Embry Family Law for future family legal issues and highly recommend everyone do so as well!

Ben Embry was an amazing lawyer to work with on my bankruptcy case. I was put at ease when I met him for my consultation and he made the entire process painless and easy. Ben, Kaylin, and Nick is an amazing team of knowledgeable professionals in family law. Their main focus are their clients and the family members wellbeing. They are calm and extremely experienced with custody orders. Not everyone can handle your stress and chaos while going through the process. I recently contacted Ben to help me obtain an ex parte order and already I’m certain I couldn’t have chosen a better lawyer. He and his paralegal, Nicholas, have kept in constant contact with me, making sure I always know the status of my case and understand the process.
