My experience was very good, my company at that time denied all benefits of a work injury, their workers comp scam insurance close my case and was denied all benefits, here is when Mr Thomas took over a closed case, he fought hard along with his chiropractor and after months and months of hard work we WON a law suit against a monster company called COCA COLA BOTLING OF SAN DIEGO. Thanks to their office I got all my benefits. Thank you Mr Thomas :)

I used Tom and his team in 2016 and I had a great experience with the staff. I was called about 6 weeks after signing up to schedule my Dr. appt. I called the office about 2 times with questions on my case and the office was very responsive and answered my questions. They are a busy office and for me thats great to hear since it means they are working and have a large client base. I was able to meet Mr. DeBenedetto when I came in to sign my documents to close & settle my case. He was very nice and went threw the documents with me and explained what everything meant.
