Dawn, Always had my Best intentions and foresaw what the other attorney was trying to do. She cared about me and my family on ALL sides. Don't get me wrong, but I would not want to get her MAD by playing games with her Clients or Cases . She see right thru that stuff with her experience. Dawn Dellaqua was an advocate for me when I was going through a divorce with my husband. She knew what would be acceptable in the courts so did not ask for things that would just put us in litigation. She did her very best to make sure that I would come out in a financial position that I could survive after my divorce. Her goal was to avoid litigation if it all possible because it just drains the families resources and often puts both parties in financial devastation afterwards. She was my advocate, she fought for me, yet she was not unreasonable that would set my husband off to where he felt the need to take me to court. She saved my ex-husband and I so much money and helped us negotiate something that we both felt was fair and something that would work for both of us financially after the devastation of divorce. I cannot recommend her highly enough as someone who will fight for her client yet is knowledgeable of what the judge/court would think is fair and does her very best to keep you out of court. I know people who have had to go to court because their spouses wouldn’t See the wisdom of the situation and she is a bulldog for you as her client if it goes that direction. I have had multiple friends that have used Dawn and have nothing but the highest regard for her. I refer everyone to her that I can. She’s not greedy and looks out for the best of her client not herself.
