Stewart is an incredible attorney, I was referred to him by a family friend when I was hit in a car accident that left me injured. When I first spoke to him he asked right away if I was okay and how I was feeling. He was able to take care of all the paper work and court appearances. I never felt so comfortable with an attorney who cares so much for his clients it was so stress free. Stewart was also there to refer me to great chiropractor offices and pain management doctors for my treatments that was needed for about 6 months. In a traumatic state of mind, living is hard just to see the end of the road. But in my case I didn't have to worry about any of that. Stewart is the absolute best. First off we won a case and he put money in my pocket, even though it was a really difficult case. Not only that, he’s so on top of everything. He’s easy to reach, someone who takes his job seriously and genuinely cares about the cases he’s assigned. He’s the man to hire and the one I call whenever I have legal questions and or issues. I was involved in a really bad car accident in April of 2022 and I was 10 weeks pregnant at the time. I got referred to Shamoon law by a friend and I’m so glad I chose him to deal with my case. I had a phenomenal experience with Stewart Shamon. With any issues that I had, he was very quick to help. It was the most efficient process with handling the accident.The entire team and everyone involved was very helpful and hard working. I heard about this Law Firm from a stranger who helped me with directions. When I spoke with Carolina over the phone she was very nice and helpful. The best things about this law firm is that they keep you updated though out the entire process !!! They are also very tech savvy ! I was able to take care of ALL of the documents via online. I live far from this location so this was great for me. They helped me get medical treatment and get paid !! Honestly I’m very pleased with this law firm ! If I am ever in a car accident or know someone who is in a car accident I WILL recommend this law firm !! TLDR: Amazing law firm! Carolina is amazing! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars ! I made a huge error in judgment as a RN and was convicted of a DUI. I was defeated and I thought there was no hope for me other than harsh penalties, probation, and years of penance. Other nurses in a support group I found advised me to accept whatever the board offered as it was “cookie cutter,” and that we all got the same punitive punishment that I didn’t need a lawyer. That isn’t true. I am so glad I hired her. I didn’t get a cookie cutter punishment and Elizabeth Brady saved my license. She went up and beyond. She was always prompt to return my emails. And believe me there were many. Sometimes she would email after 10 pm. I also remember her calling me back on a Saturday after I was freaked out. She really did go to bat for me. She put together a mitigating package for me and I have my life back. Hiring this firm was the best decision I could have made. It’s a scary place to be in. A shameful place but Attorney Brady was not judgmental and provided a clear plan. Although she can’t promise anything or even tell you about her success because every case is different, I can testify to the results she obtained for me. She saved my license and negotiated away terms and I had a favorable outcome. There is a light at the end of this I am so glad I had such an amazing attorney to get me there.
