i am extremely grateful that i have atty.Frank to represent me. when i talked to him the first time and he told me that ‘you will be just fine’ i know deep inside that i will be. but being a nervous wreck i doubted to meet up with him at the courthouse because of the thought that i might go straight to jail. (but im glad i really did) since i still have pending immigration process. atty. I contacted Mr. Pabst when I was being separated from the military. Mr. Pabst was warm, welcoming and patient until he received payment. After my family and I visited his "loaner" office and paid him the retainer I rarely heard from him. I called multiple times with no avail. I understand he has other cases, but zero prep work was done on my case until a week prior to my hearing. My appointed JAG lawyer could not get in touch with Mr. Pabst either. He built and his case for my defense in less than a week. Key witnesses were not contacted by Mr. Pabst. I will say he is a great speaker because I ended up winning my case. When we did speak I felt like a million bucks and we could take on the world. I was told later my case would have faired better if my lawyer wad better prepared.
