Mark Blane is a fantastic attorney with the rare combination of being highly skilled, highly accessible and highly approachable. My experience as his client went exactly according to plan. I spoke to 2 attorneys prior and 1 wouldn’t take my case and the other says that the insurance that would be soon was difficult to deal w not showing any confidence I met with Mark at Starbucks bear my house for our consultation. He not only did not seem nervous about the insurance company that we would go against but he even told me his experience in dealing with them and even went as far as to say he know which specific attorneys we would be up against. Mark is a great human being as well was really just a huge bonus. I know plenty of attorneys and the majority are in love with themselves and very narcissistic. Mark was so friendly and had answers to all of my questions. My settlement was exactly where we thought it would be and he negotiates directly w the health insurance company to increase net settlement to his clients. I would hire Mark without out thinking about it for a second and I have sang his praise to everyone that I know who needs a good PI attorney.

I feel he is one of the attorneys that is in the forefront to teach lawyers and doctors how to properly document a case in a way that best deals with insurance companies who use "covert computer programs" to pay you as little as possible! I read several of his books, but he works to far away to hire him for my case. His information helped me to identify a good lawyer to hire, though. I am happy!

I don’t recommend this attorney. I received a car accident settlement I could have gotten on my own it was under $9k nearly a year later when I was rear ended by a driver going 90 mph in a 45 mph zone. Plus he had me go to a consultation from a plastic surgeon he knew that cost me $800 which he took out of my portion of the settlement and cosmetic consultations are usually free !! I could have settled my case on my own within a few months and not had to pay him thousands for next to nothing.

Mark is a wonderful and caring attorney. He helped me through a difficult time by handling my insurance settlement for two accidents I was in. The second accident was more complex as the driver was drunk and it was a hit and run where I sustained bodily injury. He was informative, realistic, easy to access and very pleasant.
