Jillian has been my attorney throughout the last 6 years and has helped me through one of the most challenging times of my life. From a legal standpoint, Jillian is absolutely amazing. Her depth of knowledge of family law, written and verbal communication skills and ability to navigate a variety of legal situations are unmatched. John is a top tier attorney all around. He is an excellent advocate and has in-depth knowledge of family law issues. He is also excellent in court. I found it difficult to find legal help that is honest, knowledgeable, and was ready and willing to fight for me. There are websites and search engines with attorney reviews that seem too good to be true, and they often are. I found out the hard way, which made my search going forward even more difficult. I’m disappointed that on the original consultation with John Sylvester that the plan changed once I paid for the retainer to provide an opinion. The charges are ludicrous, harassed to replenish the retainer for a delayed opinion, and when I decided to disengage, his team mentions that I won’t be receiving my refund until the end of the billing cycle (end of the month). I had to request to escalate this request. I’ve worked with other attorneys and never had any of them hold my refund. Update to my review: From the result of not removing my review, Robert Russell withheld more of my retainer money from what was originally discussed as my refund. This firm is all about retaliation and money. They are not in it for the fiduciary responsibility for their client. All I wanted was an opinion that could’ve been given over a free consultation.

Mehry Mohseni, is highly knowledgeable and a hard-working attorney who spends countless hours with you and provides excellent representation.
