John represented me on an appeal filed by my ex on a domestic violence restraining order that I had won. Appeals are not easy. You come in after the fact and need to get up to speed. The Responsive Brief he wrote and filed was amazing. So much so that my ex filed for a dismissal of his appeal. I can't speak highly enough of John's knowledge of the law and his professionalism. I would (and will) recommend John to anyone out there looking for THE BEST family law attorney/appellate attorney.

My name is Brian and I represented Dr. Ed Siegel as a volunteer campaign manager in an unsuccessful bid for Solana Beach City Council in 2016. My candidate lost and later turned against me when we were both served legal complaints with a combined amount of $25,000,000. The defamation lawsuit was initiated by two council members and a developer and derived from an article titled, "Shady Business on the Solana Beach Train Tracks," boldly stating the council members and developer (now plaintiffs) were jointly involved in a backdoor deal. The developer made a $1.15 M donation to Solana Beach's Gateway Park and in return was awarded a project which could exceed $100 M.
