In 2015, I was in a dreadful car accident, which I was not at fault. My current auto insurance (at that time) didn’t want to represent me in this claim. My ex boyfriend hired Mark to take care of our car accident. He mentioned he had him as an attorney prior and was really satisfied with his work. I had a feeling his work was good once my chiropractor responded “ oh that’s your attorney!” And took good care of me through my time there. Thank you Mark for everything as far as finding doctors, and making sure we were taken care of. This was a hard time I’m sure for me and the other party involved. Mark is a wonderful and caring attorney. He helped me through a difficult time by handling my insurance settlement for two accidents I was in. The second accident was more complex as the driver was drunk and it was a hit and run where I sustained bodily injury. He was informative, realistic, easy to access and very pleasant. Mark helped my husband many years ago. Even though his specialization is in injury law, he went out of his way to resolve a contract dispute. He was able to get it settled for my husband without having to file a lawsuit. He and his team are also very responsive to any legal questions, and you can always get a hold of either Mark directly or his assistants. He also speaks Spanish which is a nice touch, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a good injury lawyer in San Diego!
