I've been working with Kathy for over a year now and can't say how often I would (and have) recommend her. She's honest, an advocate and more importantly, hears what you want and will fight for it. She realistic, direct and answers her cell. My simple custody agreement turned into a mess and Kathy kept me level headed but never left me in the ring alone. If you want what's best for your family and an advocate for you, there's not a better family attorney out there.

If you happen to have an immigration case, a section of legal matters that are also laden with much emotional risks, i.e. a family’s reunion, I would suggest to look for certain qualities before choosing a law firm fighting for your case. Speaking from my own personal experience, it would be a great peace of mind when the lawyer you’ve chosen, and her/his team is thoroughly knowledgeable about the many complexities involved in immigration cases. They are patient enough to help you understand the multiple steps involved, and provide you with the necessary support and confidence to resolve any obstacle that might pop up in the future. If you can relate with any part of this description, I would suggest that you give Rejali Law Firm a call and explain your immigration case to their team. You will have a much better understanding of what to expect in future and they do great a job in preparing your application. When you are an immigrant yourself and when the immigration forms ask you to provide your info in your native language, or when you have to provide your family member’s overseas address, it feels comforting when an expert double checks everything with you and make sure the USCIS is receiving the information they need in the right format. It is great to educate yourself about the legal structure of U.S. immigration law, but what’s better than that is to have Rejali Law Firm fighting for your case. They will help you out big time.

Omid is such a great guy to work with. My wife and I went to his office to fight for my father in law who was in prison and extremely sick. Omid gathered all the papers we had, and took off running. Kathy Minella is a brilliant lawyer!!! I'm glad that she handled my case in the Family Court of San Diego in December 2015. During this time, she has done a tremendous job, it is the most difficult case associated with the establishment of parental rights, custody and visitations. Exceptional! I went to Rejali Law Firm because I had a contract dispute with the dealership from which I had purchased my vehicle. Mr. Rejali was able to solve this issue in less than 24 hours. He picked up the phone right in front of me, made a phone call to the general manager and proceeded with an e-mail. The next day, I went to the dealership and got my money back and returned the car. I still can’t believe it. Thank you Mr. Rejali.

They did everything that I asked them to do. Everything to filing motions to taking care of all the paperwork. For me it was reassuring knowing they took the time to explain my options and what my best course of action is.
