If you are going through a child custody battle, you need to have Kathy on your side. The idea of putting your life and your children’s lives in someone else’s hands is possibly the biggest leap of faith you can take, and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Kathy. Her whole team was incredible - Kathy, Jasmin, and Cassidy helped me turn the tiniest glimmer of light at the end of a very dark tunnel into the peaceful, safe life I now have for myself and our children. Kathy has the compassion that is so needed in family law and at the same time she has the expertise and knowledge that is required for complex cases such as mine. I never doubted her ability to keep our children’s best interests at the forefront and I knew I could trust her at each point along the way. At the end, she was able to achieve more than I ever imagined was possible while still being respectful and mindful of ways to minimize cost along the way. Most importantly, she gave me peace for the first time in years and safety and security for our children. I will never be able to thank her and her team enough.

I was in a horrible accident and although the other driver's insurance company took full responsibility, coming up on two years later, I still couldn't get them to cooperate with me. With only two weeks left until my claim timed out, I was desperate to find an attorney to take my case.
