I was going through a very complicated child custody case with my daughters father and after I got the news of a no contact order from the court for my current boyfriend; because of false accusations my ex made I freaked out! Called so many lawyers couldn't even count, and basically got turned down by each and every one for being too complicated. With that being said as soon as I talked to Kimberly she was more than willing to help and did just that plus more. She always returned phone calls and emails within a timely manner. Also the huge part she accomplished exactly what I needed in my case! Will forever reccomened Kimberly as well as use her. Funominal work!

Kim did a great job picking up my divorce case from a previous lawyer and did a wonderful job moving it forward. I was very happy with the way she answered my questions and she communicated clearly and honestly with me. I would recommend Kim to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

I really wish I could say that I had a good experience with her but I cannot. Not only was she inexperienced but the law firm that she belongs to is terrible they would continue to change my lawyer and I would get billed for it constantly. It seemed that she was more in agreence with my ex husband than she was with me when it came to our divorce. I had to bring things to her attention and then she would have to research them even though she just graduated law school? It was a very unlpleasent experience and I wish I would of researched Edmunds law firm before I hired her! And then I looked up her law firm on yelp and saw all of the terrible yelp reviews I knew I should of backed out but I already paid the money .

One of their agents called me. I had no idea who he or what CIR was. He said he was recording. I told him I couldn't record - I have no office. I stated that it was inequitable that he have a recording and that wouldn't have one. I suggested we deal by mail. He hung up.
A day later he called again. I told him we should communicate by mail..... (He hung up. Very unprofessional.)
Two days later he called again. I answered with, "The last time you called you hung up on me..." I became unprofessional and hung up.
I practiced law in Texas for over 40 years and never had anyone in an office call me and then hang up on me. I am now over 80 years old, and retired in Arkansas.

CIR has been harassing my father-in-law, an 87-year old cancer patient, for three years, over an alleged debt owed to GE Retail Bank. My father-in-law took out a loan for dental implants for my mother-in-law, who was too sick to undergo surgery. No work took place, and he never received any money. It was transferred directly to the vendor from an entity called CareCredit.
The dentist has produced documentation that it refunded the money (there is a problem with the total, but that seems to be a problem between CareCredit and the dentist), which we provided to Mark Bennett at CIR. Instead of pursing the issue with CareCredit, Mr. Bennett seems to want my husband to resolve it. How are we supposed to document CareCredit's transactions that do not involve the consumer? When we called to get the name of the firm's president to escalate the problem in writing, the receptionist refused to give it to us.
CIR continues to harrass a dying man for a debt he doesn't owe, and obviously gets enough complaints that it doesn't want to disclose the names of senior management.
