I contacted Mark via email from Boston Massachusetts to see if he would be able to help me clear up some past mistakes I had made in my youth while living in San Diego. He replied within the hour on a Sunday afternoon! I peppered him with questions that evening regarding my situation and he promptly and politely responded to each one. He agreed to take my case. Once in court, he fought for me and got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor and also had it expunged. His fees are not exorbitant and he offered me the ability to make 3 affordable payments spread out over the course of a few months. I hire mark deniz three months ago becasue I did a contract without a painting lic and they wanted to charge me with 5 charges I didn't know what to do becasue most lawyers charge a fortune . I got in contact with him and he help me with my whole case at an affordable price and in payments . Now my case is resolved with no jail time and he was able to fight to dismiss most of the charges I highly recommend him his the best !!

I highly recommend Mark Deniz! Everything happened exactly how he explained it would. He always responded very promptly to my text and calls and the outcome was incredibly better than expected. My experience with the Law Office of Mark Deniz was absolutely awesome!! I had been charged with a DUI and numerous other charges. To complicate my case even more, I have a commercial drivers license. As all commercial drivers know, all infractions are extremely hard to overcome. Not only did Mark get the charges reduced, he also had the fine reduced to half!! On top of that good news, I received the minimal penalty associated to my DUI. Mark and his staff were timely, their advice was spot on, and all related documents (including DMV) were handled in a timely manner and forwarded to me. I can't say enough about how professional Mark and Alyssa were in the handling of my case, especially with the DMV documents that were required for my employer.
