I was very lucky and privileged to have Mr. Herrera as my lawyer on a recent Family Law case, that resolved successfully. Mr. Herrera was recommended to me by one of my colleagues, also a lawyer in other area of expertise, who said that Mr. Herrera is simply the best in the Family Law field. Soon enough, I was lucky to witness myself that he is simply the best one out there. From the very beginning, since we first met, he was very professional, calm, kind, and extremely organized. I could easily feel and notice the confidence and knowledge he has in this area. He is very good listener, he has the amazing ability to capture important facts quickly and connect all the dots, he kept me calm and stress-free throughout the whole time/process, and he helped me understand the important aspects of the case, potential scenarios and outcomes. He prepared me very well for the hearing where I felt confident and calm. We had few preparation sessions, he was very patient, and he structures the case in such way, that I was looking forward to a court day. All stress was gone, and I was ready for it. At the day of a court hearing, I was simply blown away how good lawyer he is. We met few hours before the start, where he again guided me through the different aspects of it, explained very well what I can expect inside the court room, and boosted my confidence even further. Then once we got inside the court room and sat down, he started unpacking his stuff and preparing for it, I couldn’t believe it again. How well organized he was, the amount of work he did to prepare for the case, the amount of material he had with him, all nicely laid out, in a certain order, everything on the table and his bag had a purpose. Then during the hearing, he would take notes in a certain way, connecting the dots, catching important facts so quickly. He did it so intelligently, so that when he was speaking everyone in the room could notice and feel the confidence in his voice, the knowledge he had in this area, and even the Judge seemed astonished few times on how good he is. He was fully aware of the atmosphere in the room, the other party’s temperature, how they will approach the case, it seemed he knew what the other party will ask and do ahead of them. It made me feel so calm, so confident, so happy, I had a lawyer by me who is simply the best in his field. We won the case, and we won it pretty well, as he handled it so well, being so professional, well spoken, knowledgeable, and well prepared. If you need the best Family lawyer, someone who knows this field so well, someone who is extreme professional, super organized, and someone who will lead you with the confidence, Mr. Herrera is the lawyer for you. I can't speak highly enough about my experience from start to finish. This was a difficult situation and a very long process due to my ex dragging out the process.
