I applied for the 3M hearing protection claim after getting out of the military. It was a very long process, but the team at Paul Mankin communicated with me regarding everything. I have had attorneys in the past that refuse to answer calls or get back to me with responses, days or sometimes at all; so to me communication is a very important factor.

Had the opportunity to have Paul Mankin and Law office in representing me and hundred of thousands of other members in the same lawsuit where his law firm started a timely process and to followed up until finally everyone who was qualified received the deserved compensation. It took attention to detail, documents needed and walking through on different online links, follow ups, returning calls, updates, emails and so on. I never felt left out or misinformed during the whole process. Very impressed for his customer service and support.

The Law Office of Paul Mankin was incredibly helpful throughout the information gathering and settlement process. Their dedicated staff kept me informed on potential settlement amounts, how to register for payment, when I could expect payment, and how much it was going to be prior to actually receiving the payment. Great service and support, very friendly staff, a much better overall experience than I was prepared for.
