Listen up people! By far the best experience I've had with an attorney. Chris and his team really care about your well being to get you medical attention. I had a serious car accident in August 2018. The other party had no insurance or license. Therefore, because I did have uninsured motorist insurance, Mova Law Group was able to leverage my uninsured motorist funds to pay his costs, my medical attention costs and a settlement check to cover additionally expenses which turned out to be 2 times what I thought and I received that check within 7 months. ATTORNEY CHRIS MOVA…his passion for people’s problems equals his success rate. Where do I begin? I turned to the first attorney recommended, NOT Chris, who berated me for waiting until the last minute, 2 year time frame to file. And, yes, I did wait till the LAST possible moment, there were reasons, not excuses that were varied. I fell over myself apologizing. That wasn't enough, that attorney took 3 precious days to say he didn't want my case, and went as far to personally criticize me, it was honestly unbelievable. THEN CAME CHRIS! Chris is immensely KIND, supportive, professional, approachable, detailed, respectful, available AND successful!! I honestly cannot begin to list all his positive attributes. it has been a joy and a highlight of my day to receive calls and updates over the few months he took. Mr. Movafagh was very clear that he could not handle my case but was very kind to suggest I call him (even on a sat) to hear my case and give any advise he could. Chris and Paula are AMAZING people!   I spoke with and went into at least 8 different law offices before I came to Mova Law Group.  Upon entering I was greeted warmly from Paula who looked to be super busy, but immediately stopped what she was doing to make me feel welcome.  She went over my lawsuit details with me and relayed them to Chris (who has no problem fighting hard for "the little guy.")  When I got into Chris' office it just kind of felt right.  He had talked the talk and looked the part, but wasn't the same pompous ass that you get from most lawyers.  Chris was genuinely nice, very pleasant to speak with and very smart and on his A game.       The best part for me was that I was moving from San Diego to Chicago for family and didn't have time to be there to keep coming in and be there for the whole rigamarole that I would've assumed that came with a lawsuit against a large grocery outlet.  They kept me informed at every turn and let me know any time there was a change with the case.  Never will I go to a different law group or firm.  This experience was great from beginning to end.  And happy ending it was, the little guy ended up winning and getting more than he assumed.  Chris...Paula...You are both my heroes!  Thank you so so much for this and everything that you did for me.  And doing it with a smile and sounding so happy about doing it!

I got in a pretty bad car accident in July of 2015. I was rear ended so bad that my car was labeled as a total loss. I looked around for a good attorney for a few weeks. After reading reviews, and talking to friends, the name Chris Mova with Mova Law Group came up the most. So, I decided to call him to see if I wanted to hire him. Chris personally talked to me on the phone, explained what my options were and asked me if I wished to meet him face-to-face at his office. I met him at his office a few days later and I decided to hire him. He was a wonderful communicator, sincere, and genuinely interested my recovery and well-being. Whenever I called him, he was either immediately available, or he called me back within a few hours. He and his staff took care of everything promptly and professionally. I waited for him to tell me what to do, and when to do it. He usually called me every few weeks to give me an update on my file and to find out how I was doing, which I really appreciated because the last lawyer I hired went MIA after I hired him. Chris fought hard with the insurance company, they weren't being reasonable in the beginning. It wasn't until he showed them a copy of the lawsuit he planned on filing that they finally decided to pay for my injury. He is as aggressive of a lawyer as I have seen (based on his letters to the insurance company), but yet so friendly and nice with me. This is completely irrelevant, but I found out that Chris is HUGE animal lover. He rescued two dogs and fosters dogs that are abused or about to get euthanized by the kill shelter. I think this speaks volumes to his character. If you decide to hire Mova Law Group because you got injured, consider yourself fortunate to have Chris Mova in your corner. A real upstanding guy!
