Recently I needed some legal advice and heard about the free consultation so I gave Mr. Miller a call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I could tell he was on my side. He helped my wife and I with a car accident, the case settled quickly and we're happy with the results!

I paid, agreed and signed my reaffirmation agreement on time. But to later find out the agreement did not reach the lender before the the bankruptcy was discharged. The law firm stated "this was the first time this had ever happened" but DID NOT refund my money. Horrible and distrustful service!

Mark immediately made us comfortable about the process involved with filing bankruptcy. (We certainly were not experienced!) Someone from his firm was with us every step of the way. No one assumed we knew what to do, which papers must be filed, how to move forward. All our emails and phone calls were responded to in a timely manner.
