After a 20 year marriage, Naimish and Lewis were an excellent choice and team for me. My entire identity was based in who I was as a wife and a mom and owning a business with my partner. The team was solution focused and not interesting in running up fees and conflict for the sake of extending time and resources. I don't know if there is ever a "winner" in a divorce. In 36 hours, Mary Naimish met me for the first time, reviewed the case file, prepared me for direct and cross-examination, represented me in a 4-hour hearing, and helped me achieved exactly the outcome I wanted. (My ex-wife brought a "harassment by e-mail" case against me. The court denied her petition for a restraining order.) She prepared me and managed me well. I'm a former courtroom lawyer and a tough client. She balanced our presentation so as not to bully an unrepresented plaintiff. She accurately assessed the judge's inclinations. I retired a year ago and thought it was about time to update my will and create a living revocable trust for my children and grandchildren. It was a thorough and complete process as he raised several issues that I had not thought of before.
