I was contacted by a case manager, Scott Wilkie, regarding My case of a very sensitive nature. Because of the type of injuries I have, I typically only discuss my Case with other women. He However was very kind, knowledgeable, Professional and understanding Of the issues associated with my Case. Scott was sensitive, caring and detailed. He took the time to listen to me. It was clear he cared about me not just my case. He kept apologizing for what happened even though wasn’t his fault. That made me realize that this law firm was there for me. We spoke about more than my case, he wanted to be sure I had the support I needed as well.
