Several members of my family have been using Michael over the course of 8 years. He has always been very respectful of our time and charges very fare rates. His work is timely and he gets back to me very quickly even if I am asking a simple question. Michael is personable, friendly, encouraging and was very patient with my older parents. It is obvious that he enjoys his work!
