DAVID SIMON IS MY SUPER HERO. I WAS CHARGE WITH A FELONY. A FELONY CHARGE ON MY RECORD WOULD HAVE BEEN A DEATH SENTENCE TO ME! DAVID WAS THEIR FOR ME DURING THE MOST DIFFICULT TIME OF MY LIFE. I'm so glad i went with Anthony Pizarro and David Simon as our lawyers. They both work great together! David was awesome! He kept me informed through out my trial & always responded to me when I had questions! I was facing a possession & traffic ticket charge but he got me off with just the traffic ticket! I am so grateful for David & definitely recommend him!

David Simon is absolutely fantastic. A few years ago, a good friend of mine got a DUI and through his knowledge and savvy of the SD legal system, was able to get him off relatively easy compared to similar instances I've heard from other friends. For me personally, I got a DUI back in 2007 in Florida and then out of the blue, got a notice from the DMV stating they were suspending my license because of it. I contacted David early this morning and got a response no more than 10-15 minutes afterwards. He was extremely responsive and helpful in our back and forth correspondence and I genuinely appreciated not just his immediate response to my case, but also his undivided attention to this matter. You can tell this is a lawyer who cares about his clients and their well being above all else. Highly recommend! A true professional who clearly knows what he's doing in the legal realm of the world.

Almost a year ago I was involved in an accident where I was forced to go to the hospital and slapped with ridiculously priced hospital and ambulance bills a few months later.
