I engaged the Webb Law firm and the issue quickly resolved before the complaint had to be filed. I paid a retainer and minor and very reasonable fees were assessed for review and clerical efforts. Other than the minor charges, the firm essentially bulk of the credit balance. The majority was returned in short order but a smaller portion had to wait for the billing cycle.
