Linda is a very competent lawyer. If she does not have an information right on hand she will do due diligence to provide the client what he /she needs. For instance, she knew the key details of the law in my state (TX) and knew exactly what to do to speed up my process. She wil be clear, explain the actual and potential variable cost and informs you BEFORE she foresees the cost of the case wil exceed the budget not like most where you just get a fat bill for doble their estimate without your consent for them to go over the budget.
